Our Team is our family and the most important part of Not A Stitch Up. We work hard, celebrate the wins and grow together.
We ensure that while our team continues to grow, the individual staff members do too. We work on educating and upskilling where we can and offer free english lessons, that helps to improve the quality of life in not only our staff but their families and the villages they come from.
Unlike most companies in Indonesia, we follow a 5 work day schedule, ensuring all our staff receive 2 days off. Where as Indonesian minimum wage standards require 6 working days and usually don’t provide enough pay to cover basic expenses which leaves people often juggling multiple jobs.
To ensure their needs are met and they can support their families, in a place where government standards are not consistently regulated, installing these practices is something we have to do ourselves.
